If NOVA won't run on your PC

If NOVA doesn't start or can't activate on your PC and we can't fix it together, we'll refund you in full. Email within [14] days of purchase with your order number and what happens when you open the app.

Other requests

Because NOVA is a digital product delivered instantly, other refund requests are handled case by case within [14] days of purchase. This doesn't affect any rights you have under your local consumer law.

What happens after a refund

The license key is disabled, and NOVA stops working the next time it checks the license. Settings NOVA changed stay as they are; undo them from the Backups page before uninstalling if you want Windows' defaults back.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.
